2. The production process of embossing roller
     1. The material of the roller body is generally made of high-quality seamless steel pipe (special materials can be customized according to user needs), and the inner hole is honed to make the thickness of the pipe wall uniform, and then it is welded, stress-relieved, turned, ground, and finished;
     2. Calibrate static balance and dynamic balance treatment; the coaxiality of the finished roller is ≤0.02mm;
     3. According to the pattern, different processing techniques are adopted to achieve the extruded product with clear lines, exquisite patterns, rich layers and precise dimensions.
     4. The final surface is plated with hard chrome or other treatments, and the hardness can reach HRC58-62.
