Machine features:
1. This machine uses hot melt glue spraying to laminate 2-3 layers of materials, and can automatically slit and rewind.
2. It adopts an independently controlled dual-pump four-way glue spraying system, the melt heating speed is fast, the nozzle sprays the melt into atomized glue to the fabric, the glue spraying is uniform, and the glue usage is as low as 2 g/m².
3. High degree of automation, full servo control of rewinding and unwinding, automatic loading and unloading of material rolls, stable tension, and the laminating speed can reach 40-60 m/min.
4. Use green and environmentally friendly hot melt glue, no need to dry, no emission pollution during the production process, in line with the requirements of national environmental protection and health departments.
