The ultrasonic welding process is used to weld 3-5 layers of skeleton cloth non-woven adsorption cotton materials together, and then the characteristics of laser precision cutting are used to mark and circle the composite filter materials, and finally ensure that the installation accuracy of the materials reaches 0.1mm. This machine cleverly uses the characteristics of ultrasonic welding, and the cloth cutting edges are not loose or hard, which will not damage the physical properties of the filter material. The hole pattern in the middle of the cloth is cut by laser technology, and the punching accuracy can reach 0.1mm level, ensuring the use requirements of the fan. The whole machine is PLC controlled, with multiple sets of photoelectric sensors and multiple alarm systems. It is a high-end manufacturing equipment and is exported to Germany, Japan and other countries with high process requirements.
