Ultrasonic composite embossing machine It is mainly composed of 4 parts:
1. Ultrasonic electric appliance operating table,

The working principle is to use the ultrasonic system and cooperate with the automatic tension feeding device to carry out composite embossing welding of non-woven fabrics, melt-blown, filter paper and other raw materials by rolling embossing. The width ranges from 600-3200mm. Coil material feeding adopts air expansion axis + magnetic powder tension control, and smooth guide roller spreads material to ensure that the material does not wrinkle. tidy.
There are generally two feeding methods for ultrasonic composite embossing machines, namely gantry feeding and ladder feeding.
1. Gantry feeding. It is mostly used in products with lower processing costs. The discharge roller is thinner, the bulk roller is thinner, the mechanical spring type manually adjusts the tension, the material rack is higher, and the load-bearing capacity is insufficient. It is more suitable for multi-layers, and the material is smaller. It is light and can be used by customers who do not have high cost requirements.
2. Ladder feeding. An upgraded and improved feeding method, the material rack is made shorter, which is more convenient for the loading operation. Even if it is a heavy and large material, it can also be assisted by a forklift. It is equipped with an air expansion shaft and a magnetic powder tension feeding method. The feeding is smooth, the automatic magnetic powder tension fixes the tension, the rack and the machine are more compact and beautiful, and the stacked feeding is stable. Hardened mirror-surface feeding rollers protect the material while feeding more smoothly and without wrinkling. The feeding port adopts enlarged bulk material rollers to make the material evenness better. Feeding is more convenient. (Currently all feeding air shafts are 3-inch air shafts)
