    4. Grid coating method: The coating scraper shaft adopts heavy-duty double shaft mechanical independent swimming, The adjustment mode of scraper is manual with pneumatic angle adjustment.

    5.The oven is 22 meters, the first 20 meters are divided into 8 sections for independent temperature control,the heat transfer oil is used for heating and the hot air enters the drying system adjustable internal circulation suction device,the wind is strong and dry thoroughly UV drying system is reserved for installation in the last 2 m.

   6.The guide wheel in the oven adopts active synchronization with the host,the transmission adopts synchronous pulley transmission,reduce material tension and deformation,air cylinder open top oven and film piercing operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
