Manual wiring refers to manually arranging the resistance wires on the electric blanket by winding them in circles.
Machine wiring means that the mechanical arm arranges the resistance wire on the electric blanket through the servo drive. The difference between the two methods is that the mechanical wiring will be more labor-intensive than manual wiring, and the wiring efficiency will be higher.

After the thread is laid, the fabric will be compounded in two different ways. The first is flame compounding.
Flame compounding is a post-processing process in the deep processing of fabrics. Flame compounding relies on the viscosity generated by the burning of the sponge between the two fabrics to bond the two fabrics together. However, in the production process, there needs to be a safe environment, and there will be some volatilized gases.

The second way is ultrasonic welding,The surface of the electric blanket is treated with solder joints by ultrasonic solder joint equipment.Ultrasonic welding is a highly effective method for welding plastics together. By transmitting ultrasonic energy through the upper weldment, the resulting high levels of acoustic resistance create a localized high temperature in the welding area. This heat cannot be distributed evenly due to the low thermal conductivity of the carpet material, causing the plastics to melt together quickly at the interface. Once the ultrasonic wave ceases, the pressure is left to continue and ensure that the materials solidify through the formation of a solid molecular chain. This process results in a strong and durable weld that can achieve a similar level of strength as the raw material. In short, ultrasonic welding is a reliable and efficient method for joining plastics together.
